quote I came across recently by Vincent van Gogh really struck home: “The
fishermen know that the sea is dangerous and the storm terrible, but they have
never found those dangers sufficient reason for remaining ashore.” It got me
thinking about current home prices and why we might be living in a “masterpiece
market”:
